Tennis masters cup question?

how do players qualify for the masters cup. I know it's the top 8 players but why have Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic already qualified and no one else has?

  1. Qualifying for the Masters Cup is based on the ATP Race. The leading players are the first ones to qualify, who in this case are Rafa, Djokovic and Roger.

    This will decide the remaining players.


  2. Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic have won big tournaments or got to the final of the big tounaments. You qualify by playing tournaments depending on what round you get to you get two sets of points one is for the ranking and the other is for the race. The race takes the top 8 players who have the most points in the race.  

  3. Nadal and Djokovic won Grand Slams so they already qualified and Federer has enough points to already qualify. More people start to qualify in october so players stop playing tournaments becuase they don't want to hurt themselves before the tennis masters cup.
