Tennis racquet for tennis elbow?

im looking for a racquet that is recommended for tennis elbow, or little leaguers elbow.

Wilson K-6.1 Tour, aka Federer's racquet.

Belive it or not, the heavier racquet did not only improve my stroke, but cure my tennis elbow.  I was just a 3.0 player, a year ago with the elbow.  Now, I found my stroke and totally cured my elbow.

A heavier head light racquet should be better for tennis elbow.  I'm not sure the K6.1 Tour is the best fit for you though, since the head size in only 90 square inches, and most people have trouble with it (both its hefty weight, and its small head size).  I think the strings you choose are equally important, when it comes to tennis elbow.  I would go with Natural Gut, at least in the mains.  And stay away from stiff strings like Luxilon Big Banger.
