Looking for a routine i can do for tennis daily 7 days a week that takes about 3 hours. I play a game for about 2-3 hours also. Like im looking for a routine that consists of all the tihng and if it is going to take me longer thats okay, as long as I imporve my game significantly over time. Also add in how many balls i should need to do it so im not running back and forth too often..I only currently have 3 due to the fact ive lost 3 or 4 in the past week. thanks you.
