I've been busy with uni for about a year and a half now, and i'm considering starting playing competitive club tennis again.
My game is still there, getting back to where i was slowly but fitness is lacking.
i'm 19 about 5"8 and bout 140lb
b4 i started uni i could easily do 40-45 pushups in one go, now i can barely manage 30.
pushups situps weights, any other training exercises that would help my fitness?
