Tennis wrist supports?

If you don't wear them a couple times, will you injure your wrists?

I know I need to get some, I just haven't gotten to the store to get them yet. What kind do you suggest?

  1. You don't need them unless you're injured. My friend injured himself on the forearm (b/w the wrist and elbow) and he use those supports. The worst muscle injury you could get probably tennis elbow because it would take 2 months to heal WITHOUT TENNIS! That sucks, but if you continue to play with the injury you probably won't be able to play in 2 years. So be careful, if you think is it just an minor injury, it would take about 2-4 days to heal because I had it couple of times. You don't really need a wrist support but if you insist then it doesn't hurt to get one.

  2. Unless you've injured your wrists you shouldn't need them
