Question

Since T3's timeline is gone because T:SCC takes place in 2007 what happens to T3 timeline and what made the new Judgement Day be in 2011?

I wish I knew. I don't have an answer really so pick whoever does have one but that's really weird. There was no real reason for them to switch up the timeline. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The T3 timeline doesn't completely disappear.  Josh Friedman stated that T3 and the SCC take place in alternate timelines so they are both still valid possible outcomes.
