Terminology help in resume (need help specifically from people who've worked with computers/help desk)?

Question

So part of my previous job was to refresh the pcs and radmiind the mac computers - i get the feeling many people- who are not involved in computers or help desk jobs - would not know what this means or think it sounds funny. is there a better way to term this?
