Termite Inspection Gone Bad?

So my partner and I bought a condo. We had all the inspections including termite for our house in Palo Alto , California now today (3 weeks after the inspection) we found a huge thing of termites eating through a bookcase that was attached to the wall, which we decided to remove. Not only did we have an inspection but the seller also had an inspection done. We also just closed on the house yesterday. HELP!

If the termites problem show on both inspection reports, then there's nothing can help you with except fix it yourself and pay for it. You should had to read the inspection in details before removing the inspection contingency on the contract.

If it's not on the report at all, then you have a case to sue.
