Terrible Symptoms HELP!!!?

One of my really good friends isn't feeling very well. He says the symptoms include:

fever

headache

stomach ache

feeling weird

light headed

energy swings

he said his mom had migraines, and he may have picked up her genes...

can someone tell me what's wrong?

it sounds like mono. Yea here are the things mono have out of you symptoms:

Fever yes

Headache Sometimes

Stomache ache yes

feeling weird yes definatley

Light headed yes

energy swings yes

If you dont want to see a doctor that is his problem. Thats not right. Just get lots of rest and if it is mono he will be fine

well first he needs to go to a doctor who can anylize his medical history.

possible things could be: flu, cold, food borne illnesses, exhaustion, cronic dehydration.... the list could just go on and on so make sure he sees a doctor.
