Terrible Unforgettable nightmares...How to get rid of it?

I get very terrible Nightmares in which I suffer physically and mentally.In addition to that I cannot forget any of my worst dreams and it gets in to my brain spoiling my good mood and some how I feel the mental disturbance the whole day and it takes a lot of time for me to come out of it.I am mentally very disturbed...any help would be appreciated

  1. If these nightmares are really terrible, I would recommend you just suppress them. Whenever the tiny thought comes to mind about your night mares, think about something else. Overtime, you WILL FORGET!!!

    Also, here is a tip for waking up from a nightmare. I used to wonder if I could say a sentence while in a dream that I remembered the night before. I actually did it. I said a sentence in a dream I prepared the night before. Later, I tried to wake up from a nightmare. TO do this, I shook my body which made me realize I was dreaming and I woke up.

    YOu have to master your mind. A good way of coming out a nightmare is tapping your hand. Usually when I am running in a nightmare I either exit using the suggested method, or stay for the entertainment of knowing it is a dream!

    Also, the best way to get over a bad experience (including a nightmare) is to keep yourself busy. By keeping yourself busy, you don't feel so bad about your nightmares.
