Every night before i go to bed, i smoke a bow or two (of pot for those of you who haven't caught on yet..) and usually i go to sleep just fine. But on the nights (like tonight) where i am not able to smoke, i lay awake for hours trying to get to bed.What can i do on these nights to help me fall asleep faster?and what can i do tonight to help me? (mind you i can't go to the store or anything- it's late)
