Question:

Terrible insomnia without smoking a bedtime bowl?

Every night before i go to bed, i smoke a bow or two (of pot for those of you who haven't caught on yet..) and usually i go to sleep just fine. But on the nights (like tonight) where i am not able to smoke, i lay awake for hours trying to get to bed.

What can i do on these nights to help me fall asleep faster?

and what can i do tonight to help me? (mind you i can't go to the store or anything- it's late)

  1. I have the same issue.  But it is every night I don't toke.  Sucks!!! I try to shut the television off earlier, drink really cold water (no sugar), stretch good,  and hope for the best.  At one point I didn't sleep for two weeks, I would sleep during the day, but that is normal for me.  I would say in the most sincere way, "Burn one!!!"    Good Luck!!!!    


  2. i don't suggest watching tv ! it'll actually keep you awake.

    if i have a hard time sleeping, i play really boring games like spider solitaire until i get tired enough.

    also, listen to music through some headphones.

    something classical would help, since there aren't any words.

    meditation or yoga, too. very relaxing.

  5. Ugh, I have the same problem. My biggest problem is lack of money so I can pretty much never get to sleep on time. Wish me luck tonight...

    I suggest watching some TV or listening to music that'll help you get to sleep. Drink milk or something beforehand. Or, yeah, like Devon C said.
