Terrible itching after shaving "down there'"?

Question

Every time I shave my pubic area, it itches unbelievably in the following days after.

I know other people have this problem too.

Any ways to make the itching and redness go away?

try shaving in shower under cool water when you are done dry off and put some lotion on  it should help

I used to have this problem before using a special shave cream for that area.  It's called Coochy cream, helps to make hair softer and I rarely have bumps after wards and no itching.  You can order this product online.  Let me tell you, it has made world of difference.

don't shave down there jst shave around the bikini lines.  so wen u wear a bathing suit no one can c ur hair down there and it doesn't itch.

If you try shaving the way the hair grows, downward, it will definitely keep you less itchy than if you shaved against the way it grows.

Just do it carefully, and use lotions once you're done to relieve any irritations you still have.

try something different like using nivea hair removal cream its really good and no need to use a razor at all hope this heps

your shaving too close. try trimming it really close, but don,t shave.
