Terrible neighbor?

im 13, my neighbor has mental problems, shes not a total r****d (not to be mean).

she has a son (10) and a daughter (6). they come over every day and mess up our house, hurt our puppy, dirty my house after my mom just cleaned. anyway, me, my mom and my sister and puppy always hide whenever they knock to come over. and we have to hide for about 45 minutes everyday because they always look through everywindow , knock at each door for about ten minutes yelling "is anyone home?" (in a really annoying way). then they split up and look through all the windows, and knock on all the doors. they are a real neausance. how do we get them to stop coming over. we have our own hiding spots now! mine is under the bed my mom and sis and puppy is in the bathroom.

what do i do? my mom is like a neat freak and the neighbor kids always push my sis off her bike, push her and the kick my dog. The daughter has promblems like her mom but the son is normal. what can we tell them to stop without being mean?

I would tell your mom to call the police for the knocking issue...and child protective services for the issues involving the children.

It sounds to me like she's unable to properly care for her children, as evidenced by the way they treat you and your pup.

Also, maybe a call to animal welfare to ask what to do about them injuring your puppy.

Tell them very politely that they are no longer welcome because they have no respect for your property. Be firm and polite, but leave no doubt that they are no longer welcome.
