Terrible skin...i need help!?

okay, i have acne breakouts around that time of the month, but i have little tiny blackhead type things on my chest, what can i do to get rid of them?? they are all over my b*****s and it's really not noticable unless you are looking very closely, but i know they are there and it irritates me. i exfoliate, i have done everything i can think to do. can i use my proactive on that area?

  1. Bathe/shower with anti-bacteria soap or liquids such as Phisoderm or Phisohex.   Limit foods you're eating/drinking that contain high acid contents.  God Bless

I don't really know what you should do.  But here's a thought.  Vitamin A dries up the oil that causes acne.  That's why it's used in "Retin A".  It also makes your skin very dry though.  I had a friend in college who had fairly bad acne on his face.  I suggested he use vitamin A because it had helped me when I was younger.  He used it and sure enough it really cleared up the acne, but then he stopped using it anyways because he was tired of having chapped lips.

  3. I think that Proactiv could work because I think that Proactiv is designed to treat acne as well as blackheads. If that doesn't work, try Cetaphil. (You can find it in your drug store.)

  4. Neutrogena has body washes. You could try those.
