Terrible sleeping problem?

i have had a terrible problem getting and staying asleep the past few months. I'm always rly rly tired but no matter what i just can't get the sleep i need and i pay for it by having terrible days at school..help plz?

Are you drinking something with caffeine before you go to bed?  Are you drinking soda or coffee or tea?  If you are, that is most likely the reason why.  However, it could be from stress or anxiety, or too much sugar in your system, keeping you revved up.  It's a good idea not to eat anything after 9:00p.m, or at least 2 hours before you go to bed.  Avoid spicy foods before you go to bed.  This will also make matters bad for you.

  3. Natural remedies include warm milk, valerian, melatonin, 5-HTP and others that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".
