mad isn't it?? The great thing is that it's still only Tuesday and it's the budget tomorrow so I'm sure we're in for some more goodies then.

My advice is to fill up your cars with petrol this evening becasue if Darling does what he'd planned petrol will be 2p more expensive afterhe's finished and God knows what else he'll be taxing? Fresh air on the agenda perhaps???

(ANS) Terrible storms these have been caused by a change in the global jet stream which normally flows further south away from Britain at this time of the year. Its possibly due to global climate change but its not a scientific certainty.

**The "seven stupid sins" show how utterly desperate the church is for publicity, the church has to invent some new rubbish to keep the publics attention. This is self serving religious non sense in my opinion.

What does the sins thing have to do with Britain? It's what the Vatican are coming up with, and besides with way less than 10% of the population attending ANY kind of Christian church regularly anyway it's totally irrelevant to Britain.

As much as this government right now is god-awful, I don't think the storms are actually their fault...

The whole allegiance thing is ridiculous. The only people in Britain who actually want a sense of British identity are the politicians who would be out of a job if the respective nations were to push for independence.
