Terrorist attack on US?

Who thinks that the US will suffer another terrorist attack in the near future. Or should we just believe that our country will never be attacked ever again.

Who knows? They might, they might not. But I think the chances of having another attack is 60%. Don't be too worried, but don't let down your guard.

Well, the key is not to let the fear of an attack ruin your life or allow the possible threat to dominate you. We in Britain lived for decades with the very real threat and frequent reality of IRA bombs, invariably in shopping centres or main streets, and they always designed their bombs to target civilians, like the miserable gutless turds they were. People knew that if they allowed their fear to get the better of them then the IRA would have won, so by going about with our daily lives we showed them they'd never win by their snivelling acts of terror.

I suggest you do the same.

America has made more enemies than before and  Terriost

threats are higher than it has ever been, and nothing can stop

the attact when it happens. The Bush administration has been

busy sticking its nose in other peoples business in other

countries , thus producing the hate that exists now with the

U.S. and that is the reason that attacts will happen. So be

prepared and not surprised as there are soo many people

that hate Americans, they will do it. So glad I move out of

America and am living peacefully without fear of a tragedy

happening to my family because of Bush. I served in the

military for 22yrs of my life defending America so I have the

right to protect my family in the way I see fit, and it sure is

not in the U.S. at this present time.

Most likely it'll be attacked by Green radicals who don't support the US position on Global Warming.

We can't live our lives in a perpetual state of fear....so what if we get attacked every once in while....I say let them come.....I'd rather take my chances than make hundreds of thousands of young men and women do my fighting for me....and spend enough capital to create the next deppression in the process......you can't win a war of ideals

External terrorist attacks are difficult, especially with the post 9/11 heightened awareness but impossible to stop.  The Islamic radicals will most likely test the new President soon, especially one perceived as weak like Obama.  However, according to the FBI, the most likely source of terrorist attacks within US borders is from eco and animal terrorist groups like Earth First and PETA.

Well, we are at war regardless of what many people want to believe. Al Qaeda, Hamas, and many other organizations have openly called for war on America many times. It would be silly to think they are going to just walk away and think its over-that they have won. It will happen again, probably right after the next election.

Yeah, we've been on the brink of an attack for seven years now. I'm wondering which will come first, the next terrorist attack or the second coming of Christ.

They're equally likely, and I'm not worried.

I'm guessing yes.  There is a group of people who spend countless hours planning for possible attacks.  The shear odds would say eventually they will be successful.

I am positive the US government is planning another attack against its own nation, I mean it is an election year, they need another catastrophe to gather blind support.

It may happen when sleeper terrorist or US Muslims decided that its time for them to carry out attacks against the US, how many of these people came into the  US before 9-11 and were never tracked?
