Chelsea’s John Terry has gone on to insist that he doesn’t have any problems with Roy Hodgson being the new England manager and that he is looking forward to working with the manager.
Hodgson was appointed as the new England manager last week and his appointment went on to surprise everyone, since Harry Redknapp was the previous favourite to get the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684.
Nonetheless, so far almost every player has taken to Hodgson’s appointment rather well and expect him to do brilliantly with the team.
When talking about the manager, Chelsea’s captain http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/John-Terry-c18895 is quoted to have said:
"I always thought Roy Hodgson was a genuine candidate and I was surprised no one really mentioned him"
"Clearly all the hype was for Harry Redknapp but the FA has taken its time to appoint the right man to lead us to success and I think this is a great appointment.”
He then went on to admit that he asked Bobby Zamora just what sort of a manager Hodgson was and believes that from what he has heard, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 can only expect big things from him in the future.
"I spoke to Bobby http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 lads have also publicly supported him."
Terry was previously found guilty of racially abusing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rio-Ferdinand-c31173.
The centre back has admitted that he won’t have any problems, while working with anyone and will do his best to try and play for the team and not himself.
"I don't have an issue playing with anyone and never have done," the centre-back insisted. "I don't pick and choose who plays for England and, if I'm selected to play, it won't become an issue either."
