Chelsea’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/John-Terry-c18895 has rubbished claims that the player’s have complete control over what goes on at Stamford Bridge.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 international and Chelsea captain, John Terry has gone on to claim that the rumours which suggest that the players at Stamford Bridge have all the power are pure nonsense and that nothing of that sort happens at the team.
The defender has gone on to insist that Roman Abramovich makes all the major decisions at the club and that the players have no say in what manager comes and goes.
The Blues captain is quoted to have said: "We win and lose together at this club - we're all responsible for the results we have"

"As for the senior players running this football club, that's nonsense. That's just the perception from outside. Roman and the board make the decisions.”

"On the football pitch, that can affect what happens upstairs of course. If we don't win matches, the board step in.”

"People speculating from various different clubs or previous managers, that's complete nonsense."
The way things are going at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786, many believe the team has already decided to fire their next manager before even appointing him.
Based on the trend that has been developed at the club, a number of rumours have started to float about, which claim that the senior players at the club get to decide just what happens and what doesn’t.
In fact, with Andre Villas-Boas being fired from his http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ashley-Cole-c6809 who got the manager fired, considering they weren’t being treated fairly by the Portuguese
manager.
The trio of English players need to realize that they are no longer the same as they were a couple of years ago and they are more than likely to be sidelined for a number of games in the future.
Nonetheless, it is now up to Roman Abramovich to decide just who takes over at the club next and once that does happen, the new manager is going to decide what to do with the senior players in the squad.
