Tesco buy and fly holidays ?

I have applies for the place in the sun but dont know whether to go or not Its a free apartment for a week but if anybody has used this can you please tell me if the apartments are nice or are they a mess as i have heard so many shock stories about things like this and which one is better Portagul or Spain
