i work at tesco and this woman sometimes gives me a hard time its a woman who works on the checkouts im a customer

assistant i wear a head set and get products for customers

and do bagpacking she says it when customers are there

when she is free do i say dont speak to me like that ?

is that the right thing to do? all im doing is being friendly to her

plus doing my job as well it makes me moody and unhappy when she does it then i get people saying whats the matter to me i like my job at tesco a just dont want her making me feel unhappy

  1. This is not fair!

    Say to her:

    "i will speak to the manager if you keep on with me!"

    If she thinks this is a hollow threat prove she's wrong. Stop what you're doing and walk straight to the managers office and tell the manager. They will act immediatley if your unhappy.


  2. if your unhappy with her, speak to her or your Supervisor, and if you have no luck there take it further. she is just being a bully to you

  3. Don't say anything in front of customers, but do speak to your supervisor.  If there are no customers then just say 'Don't speak to me in such a manner'.  

    Get this out in the open else it will effect your mood at work.
