Tesco job?

i work in tesco and theres two girls who works on the checkout

every time they ask me to get a product for a customer they are angry a bit with me and tell me to be quick now im a customer assistant i have to where a head set ever time they do get angry we ten to fall out or i m not happy then for the rest of the day which isnt good i need advice on how to get round this and not be stressed out

Its cos they want you to ravish their hot booty's in the warehouse, either that or their just miserable tarts. And just pretend you are deaf then the headset is no use! Problem solved!

It sounds like they are trying to make you run round after them and make you look silly in front of them because they are bullies and you are too nice to answer back.

There are many people like this out there! And I'm usually the butt of their jokes, just because I'm a bit shy and I'm nice. You can't really be vengeful because you will get in trouble, and if you try and complain chances are the person you speak to will be of the opinion that you are being too sensitive or not be interested.

But I suppose talking to your manager would be the first thing you should do.

Try and harden yourself to it. fetch the product they ask you to get but do it without breaking a sweat. Talk to them in the same tone of voice they talk to you in. Don't apologise to them all the time and don't jump to their attention immediately etc. If they're really impateitn or teasy with you confront them straight away, and say you're not happy about being spoken to like that.

No matter what people say to you about how you just have to accept such people, since they're everywhere- you don't. That's like saying pollution is okay because it's everywhere.

Don't let it make you miserable. Work hard and make sure you do better than them.

mark, its no big deal, its just domino effect you have ungrateful, rude and ignorant and impatient customers who upset the checkout girls who then take it out on you its a domino effect, if you get along with these girls and are comfortable talking  to them causally just mention you don't like how they get angry at you, etc, if not don't worry about it and don't let it get you down, easier said than done,

-If they're your level ask them to do stuff for you too and if they don't, don't do it for them either.

-Get to know other cool people in the store, that way you'll have backup especially if they're more senior.

-Abandon that place at some point.

-Go fast enough but you're not a slave, if they get angry they get angry.

-I reckon delivering pizza was the easiest and funnest starter job I ever had- shooting round town on the bike half the night and you get tips and free pizza.
