where can I find a test over the book " mossflower" by brian jacques and "Taggerung" by brian jacques

has a quiz on the book "Mossflower" but not for "The Taggerung."

It is not a test per se, but rather multiple choice questions.  But it may give you some ideas if you need to write your own evaluation.

I don't know that any exist - but you may be able to find some lit units on them.  I've found some great ones on Redwall and Mossflower, my son LOVES that series.

Just Google the title of the book and "lesson plans", "lit study", or "thematic unit" and you should find some good info.  There probably won't be a ready-made test, but there should be sufficient info for you to be able to write one pretty easily.

idk where to get one if you are taking it...

but if you are giving it, why not make one?
