Question:

Test in 2 days- HELP!?

OK, I have this really big test coming up on Thursday, and I'm just finishing off my sample tests that I downloaded from the web. Any ways to avoid stressing and clear my mind so I can concentrate?

  1. Take regular breaks during study (every 15 mins or so, have plenty of sleep, listen to relaxing music and bring friends over to help you study.......It makes it way more durable. Try not to have to study the morning before your exams. Just relax and let it pass over you!

    study alots today, and its ok if u got tired

    just be sure that tomorrow ur not tired.

    I`ve done this, and when I went to the TOEFL test I thought I`d answer only half of the reading sections questions.

    but I answered them all.

    why? because my mind was clear,

    and? I took my time while reading the passage(I didn`t get nervous and read it quickly... or I wouldn`t have been able to answer well).

    So study enought today, don`t panic, u will do good, why? because you want to get a very good mark, and at the same time u feel U won`t be able to do it, so u just stay not able to study

    However, its better to plan to take as good as u can, and beleive me, what will happen is just what happened with me at the TOEFL test, I got much higher than I wanted.

  3. just sit with your spine straight. close your eyes, take deep breath and observe it going in, let your belly  get inflated, then exhale slowly with your belly going in and observing the breath going out. repeat as many time as you can. you will find yourself stress free. try this you will be able to concentrate better.

  4. I used to have the same problem this is what I did. Everynight I would study for 1 hour just making sure I know everything. & For me the best way to clear my mind is to listen to music. Just do something you love and your mind will be clear from all the stress.
