My brother said by taking testerone boosters it will shorten you life? I think he just saying a lot of b.s.... If so why?

I don't know if it shortens your life but a lot of people continuously taking steroids die in their 40s so there you go. If you take anything that increases your testosterone level your body will stop creatine testosterone naturally. If you want to bulk up do it the safe way...protein shakes...max gainers...and  lots of exercise
