  1. First of all, don't panic over this.  I went through something somewhat similar to this longer back and it freaked me out.  I went to my doctor to have a physical exam and it turned out that I had a hernia.  I had no idea that I had one because I didn't have any pain at all.  I thought I was completely healthy.  But anyways, I got a surgery for it.  And then I was back to normal within about 3 weeks.  I've never had a problem since.  The best thing for you to do is to see a doctor.  You definitely shouldn't just switch to briefs.  Something isn't right with you having that kind of pain.  And the longer you delay getting it checked out, the risks will be higher and the amount of money you might have to spend could increase...  As soon as my doctor told me that I had a hernia, I had a surgery within a couple weeks.  He told me that I could delay it for a while but, if I did that, then it could get worse and become something that could cause other problems...

So, go see a doctor.  He might end up referring you to a "Urologist".  And if so, go see the Urologist.

  2. You definitely want to see a doctor to get it checked out, but it might just be from varicose veins on the t******e, aka varicocele (Latin for "sack of worms").  It is totally normal and basically harmless (I should know, I have one too).  About 15% of men develop them, usually during puberty. When it aches, wear briefs or boxer-briefs for extra support.

    Good luck!

  3. drink water

  4. Well ah i say u might have strained something in ur groin so it could be a Sports Hernia.(Surgery Required)If the pain get worse though its not serious.Or u have a UTI(see a doc) or u have Torsion(IF PAIN GETS SO SEVERE U CANT WALK)CALL 911 or ur balls will never be with u they will be in the GARBAGE CAN!MEANING U CAN LOSE UR BALLS.

But it seems like u pulled it and u need to rest for at least 2 weeks

  5. I think it has nothing to do with undies... but see a doctor!!

  6. If you wear underwear - go to the next size larger.  Don't wear tight jeans.  If you wear boxers - switch to briefs for awhile.  Sometimes, when you wear boxers - your p***s ends up on one side of the crotch & your balls on the other side & when you walk or sit - there is a lot of discomfort.

  7. Maybe you got your testicals in a knot, if you maturbat alot you could get them knoted up, trust me this could happen
