  1. Testicular cancer would be a growth frimly attached to the t******e or protruding from inside the t******e, up through the surface membrane, and would not move seperately from the t******e.

    Here is the real point!

As an embrio, we have the ability to be either a boy or a girl. If you were to be a girl, what you have now as testicles would become ovaries with falopian tubes attached.

Yur DNA took U in the direction of becoming a Dude! In the not seen inside parts, there can be tissue residue from the point where U could have gone either direction and the tissue residue is harmless, meaningless, and is just living tissue. This could be a remenant from where the folopian attachment tissue would have developed from. It isn't a genetic or DNA flaw..U were just capable fully to accomodate either developement. We all were in the beginning.

There are other Dudes who notice the same thing as U in the area of the epedidmus, and with some it almost feels firmer like a little piece of carteledge and hurts a little if moved around.

Yur doctor is 100% right, and I hope that I can give U rest with this one Dude

    Me! :- )

  2. the lump you talk about sounds like the spermatic cord or at least the epididymis.

and yes, squeezing it and playing with will cause the dull ache cause you're not suppose to do that.
