  1. Start at the beginning and work through answer only the questions you can do without thinking too much about it, then go through and answer those that require more thought.

The aim is to collect as many points as you can in the time allowed. If the question is only worth one mark only give a basic answer. If it's worth 2 marks give the answer and a justification. Check out past papers and look closely at the mark scheme to see where points are awarded.

Good luck, just do your best and answer as much as you can in the time.

  2. Have a quick read through the paper and decide which questions are worth more points, and which ones you feel you can answer quickly...

  3. yeah,.....read through the paper and start with the longer questions first....

what i do is...i do the questions i find easier first./..and then go back to the hard ones.....

don't dwelll on one question through out the whole time....can't do it??? LEAVE IT>....go to the next one! its better that you finish the paper- having looked at ALL the questions than doing only a few and missing out on the questions you could have done!

    remember- a C is always better that a D!!!!

  4. It may seem like a daft idea, but read the paper for more of higher mark questions, answer these as you can get more marks quickly, your brain will be 'warmed up' and will be able to answer the other 1 mark questions quicker.

Well this is generally what I do, but it depends on the type of paper it is.
