Tether anchor for childseat in my car?

I need a tether anchor for a childseat in my car.

I have a 1999 vectra sri and im not sure if it already has a tether anchor or not, Can anyone give me any advice. Thanks.

1999 model car should definately have restraint anchors, they are probably just covered with a small plastic plug.

It should be located on the rear parcel shelf.

Wagons have them on the rear floor, under a plug.
