Is it true?

I'm not growing any taller and I've been drinking tea quite a lot throughout the day.

  1. I heard that pound for pound tea has more caffeine in it than coffee but in a cup or mug coffee has more. If you are worried about the caffeine content drink de-caffeinated tea. I drink the Tetley's version and it tastes just the same, without the caffeine! Hope this helps.

  2. less then coffee tho.

  3. Leesa's right, pound for pound tea has far more caffeine in then coffee, but because you use less tea than coffee to make a cup, when you actually drink it, it's got less caffeine in.

Just drink decaf if you're worried about caffeine, but be warned, it's not as nice.
