Manchester City forward, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez has gone on to state that he has no problems with the club, and claimed that the differences that he had with the team last season have been swept aside.
The striker went on to score in two back to back games for the team, as he scored a goal last night against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809, which helped the team draw their game.
His goal turned out to be a rather special one, as not only did it help his team salvage a point from the game, but it also turned out to be the hundredth goal that he scored in the English league.
"Yeah, I'd have no problem staying," Tevez said in a post match interview.
"My family is here, my children are here, I'm happy, my wife is happy. I have two years on my contract, and, yeah, I could stay longer.”
"Last year was difficult for me. After I came back, I played and we were champions. That was the best bit of last season.”
"A year ago, was the most difficult bit. The problems of last season are finished. Now I'm happy, Roberto [Mancini] is happy, the club is happy. The problem is finished."
The City boss, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Mancini also went on to praise Tevez and his goal scoring exploits, as he feels the striker is becoming a very important part of the team, and hoped for him to continue improving from here on.
"Carlos is in great form, and it's important for us that he continues to play like he has for the last two or three games," http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 added.
With http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero still ruled out for another three weeks, Tevez is going to be starting for the team in his absence.
The Argentine can use this time to prove his worth to the City fans, and to make amends for the way that he acted last season.
Should he continue to play the way he has been playing, he could easily go down as one of the best strikers to every play for City.
It is now up to the striker to prove just how good he really is.
