Tevion player shows BAD DISC,

hi,..i have a tevion hdmi dvd player elite,...it plays[ very long loading time]dvds half way thru and then freezes,...then even after switch off/reboot reloading disc it says BAD DISC,..the dvds play on my other tevion hdd/dvd recorder with no problem,..still under 3 year warrenty,any help would be great,ted.
