Texas Beach Weddings Help !!!!?

Question

Anyone know of any texas beaches that would be good for a wedding and honeymoon ?? I know that South Padre Island is beautiful. But everything is really expensive there and its a 9 hour drive from Dallas. Last time I was In Galveston Island it was pretty trashy. Not sure of any other gulf coast cities. looking for some where that has the package weddings. Any advice would be great .. Thanks

south padre is a zoo.  we were there last summer.  don't do it.  try checking out horseshoe bay.

What about Corpus or Surfside?  I doubt you'll find the package stuff in TX, but best of luck searching. I think you will have a easier time finding a package Carribean Wedding.
