Texas Driver's License Renewal Online - Can you only renew online every OTHER time?

Do they make you go into the DPS office to renew your driver's license every other time to update your picture/address? I renewed my license online last time with no problems, but this time the website is telling me I have to go in. Anyone know?

You have to go in, because of the new ID requirements with Homeland Security regulations.  EVERYONE has to go in, for the next few years.  They're trying to get the valid licenses out of the hands of illegals.
