Texas abortion laws?

first off im no prego and i don't want to hear people going on about there belifs. i am open to hearing everyones side but not here.

i am simply curious if a 17 year old can get an abortion without parent consent.

i have heard that they don't need their concent just notification.

how would you have proof of notification?

under 18 you need parental consent and the parent has to be there. and that is murder!!!

you have to be 18 or have a parent sign!

In Texas, if you are under 18 you have to have a parent with you at the clinic or they wont do it.

in texas u have to have a written consent from a parent
