  3. Actually, that's a bit of unfinished question, by the looks of it. The suit of a card in Poker cannot determine the strength of that card... Unless you're talking about a flush (A hand that consists of 5 cards of the same suit, not color, SUIT.)

    If both of you have identical hands, in the sense that you may have the same card values, one hand could potentially be stronger if one person has 5 cards of the same suit. This can be diamonds, spades, clubs or hearts. No suit is stronger than the other.

  4. No if both hands are the same then it is a split pot.
