Texas motorcycle registration forms?

My friend sold me a motor cycle and I made payments finish paying it off but she never gave me the registration papers. I am unable to locate her. what or is there a form I can get to get the registration and the cycle under my name?

Ask about a "lost title".  The tax office can probably locate her, especially if she's still in the state.

When you say you finished paying it off, do you mean that you finished paying off her loan or was it a new loan that you acquired when purchasing it?  You need to go down to the DMV and talk to them.  Also, you would obtain the title from whomever you were making payments to.
