Text fields in Groups do not support Greek Language... any ways around this?

Question

I want to create a Group for NGOs in Greece, obviously in Greek.

All is fine untill you try to write something in Greek in the Group. When you start a new topic, write a message etc instead of ΤΕΣΤ (Greek spelling for TEST) you get

& # 932 ; & # 917 ; & # 931 ; & # 932 ;

And that even though Greek is set as the Primary language of the Group ...

What is even more weird is that when i copy paste this set of strings without spaces in THIS very message box I am writing now ... it appears in GREEK when i submit the post!!

So when i write in Greeks and submit a post i Get a funny string of Characters ... and when I write the same funny string of Characters in the message box and submit the post I get GREEK!??!?!

This is really sad as I will have to settle for Google Group that properly support other than english languages ... but is much much less powerfull as a groupware tool ...

Could be an error with the way the page is set up.  I would recommend getting in touch with a Yahoo Groups customer service representative to let them know what's going on as well to see if they can help you to figure out what could be causing the problem.
