Text from phone to yahoo?

I got a text message saying that someone on yahoo is texting me. I accept it and now Im talking to that person. I have unlimited text and Im so worried.... do i have to pay? My friend said that is charge for the usage data and its one cent per a kb..... how do I know the usuage data for my messange. and is it true that they are actually charge by usuage data? and if it is, it is really a cent per a kb?

no, they get sent as regular text messages, so as long as you have unlimited text, you are ok.

I use that all the time. It is just like receiving a normal text, so if you have unlimited texting, you should be fine.
