thi is an extremly dumg question okay here we go. well lets say that you have 700 texts a month does that mean that you can send 700 teexts messages or thats how many words there can be in a message?

it means that u can only send 350 and receive 350.trust me...i found that out the hard way.

Yes its how many messages.  But it includes both sent and recieved messages so really you can only send 350 and recieve 350

I have 500 its per message i think im on veriozn if your on then im guessing its per message

I doubt any phone can put 700 words in a text messege, anyways, yes it's 700 texts for month.

It's definitely not words...but check with your carrier, because the 700 usually means 700 SENT and RECEIVED TOTAL!
