Texting a boy a i don't really know?

this boy(cam) who was a good friend of mine for the last two years textd me the other day out of the blue & asked me to text his stepbrother(cj). now i don't ever talk to people online i dont know, i dont collect friends or facebook or myspace or whatever & i dont usually talk to or text friends of friends bc to me it is just weird to talk to someone i dont really no. bt i was bored so i said whatever & did it. i really like my cj a lot but i have a couple of concerns:

1 what exactly do u talk to a person you don't technically no

2 should i tell me bf about cj- cj doesnt have a gf bt he knows i have a bf

3 i was thinking about asking cam & cj to meet me and a friend of mine some place like the movies. i dont think things would get awkward or anything because everyone knows at least one person. what do you think?
