Texting for the iphone?

Question

so i wanna get an iphone but if i want texting and my whole family has unlimited then am i included in that if i have the iphone? and if i have like wireless internet or whatever do i have to pay for the internet on the iphone? these are probably stupid questions but im just really confused. haha

and my ipod is broken so should i get a 8G or a 16G one?

this is sadly more difficult than it should be. so you are right to be asking. with the new iPhone 3G you are required by apple to apply several charges to you plan. internet is unlimited(thank god or else your bill would be through the roof) but you need to pick texting plans which are applied independantly. so if you want  1500 messages you can have that and your other plan mates can have as little or as many texts as they want or are able to have.

but although the iphone is only 200 there about 60$ in hidden plan charges that you basically need to have. but...the phone is worth it, the convenience of having an unaltered internet in your palm wherever you get service is tremdous even if it isnt as fast as at home . take what you can get haha. go with th 16gb if you like music.

The family unlimited texting will apply to your iphone too.

The internet is unlimited and included in the plan.

The plans start at +$20 a month for each phone. (Which includes 200 texts and unlimited internet)

The 8gig is big enough. I've had it for a year with 500+ songs, a movie, hundreds of pictures, 200+ contacts, full calender, etc. and my iphone isn't even half full yet. If you want the 16 you can.. But you won't need it.

GET THE IPHONE! I've had mine for a year.. And trust me.. You WON'T regret it!

The iPhones now have applications. Which is TONS of free stuff! Like hundreds of sweet free games to choose from. BUY ONE!
