Texture my wall? please help??

soo i am paintin my walls and the only colors i can find in my house are light blue and light pink..

i got the idea to cotton candy walls..

i already painted my whole wall blue. what kind of texturing method should i use to paint with the pink?

i want it to look like..swirly and fluffy. how would you do it?

I would experiment with a sponge (they look like natural sea sponge and not shaped), they sell these at hardware stores.  You can adjust the amount of paint by the pressure you exert on the wall.
