Both. Each has its own distinct flavors, I like sushi and southeast asian foods and also mad about my wife's spaghetti.

It depends on how I feel at the time. Sometimes a spicy Thai salad is just what's needed. Other times a bit of comfort food like a lasagne is better. It's great to know about all these cuisines rather than eating the same kind of thing every day.

To make, Italian. To buy, Thai- Pad See Ew with Chicken. As far as Italian goes, I love tons of it, Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Chicken Parm, Veal Parm, Any pasta with sauce, eggplant parm, manacotti, ravioli, anything really.
