Thai Iced Tea?

Question

I want to know how to make That Iced Tea but, i don't have condensced milk and half and half. Can I use something else?

If so, please name it.

Sorry but you kinda do need the condensed milk to make Thai Iced tea. Otherwise it wont taste very good.

You definately need to have Thai tea.  Other types of tea wont work.  Bring water to boil, add tea, and let it sit to cool down.  While waiting, add sugar and stir.  Once it cooled down, filter out the tea leaves, serve on ice and top with half&half, mocha mix, or similar product.
