Im Thai/italian... what dooo you think of that?????

I think the food's interesting, but it might work well together.

Apart from that it's just an exotic combination. But if you speak Thai it might help, given that Asia is a big market. China, Japan and India maybe the big ones at the moment but who knows Thailand maybe next.
