Thai person wanting to study english in england?

Right i have a friend who is wishing to come to england to study englih for a couple of months .I would like to know how would she go about it and what ould be the best way to go about it i would like to get her into nice host family but with the the corse fees and the family fees this is gonna be to expensive for her . does any one know of any good exchange programmes or good but inexpensive programmes that she could get on

u can get a local family to sponsor her stay in uk.  then a short term visa can be issued.  exchange programs r not common unless she is a top student.   try the uk embassy in bkk and see what r the requirements
