Head Coach of Thailand Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai seemed delight about his team’s victory. He stated, “Peru showed the spirit of the sport today with their effort. I am happy with the victory but not satisfied with the way our team played. We can improve
on our technique for the next match.”
Luca Cristofani, the mentor of Peru, commented, “We made too many mistakes. We need more time to prepare for a competition like this. The result is the consequence of a lack of preparation time. We need more time together to train.”
Thailand will return to action on Sunday in the next match against Caribbean team from Cuba. Likewise, Peruvian ladies will try their luck against South Korea.
