In 20th iam goin to leave Ranco to Milan then to Rome. so Is the train station so far from Ranco.? How much time it takes from Ranco to this train station ?

There are 2 train station in Milan: Milano Cadorna e Milano Centrale.. In the first you find train that go in the suburbs of Milan (30 minutes from Milan). In the Centrale station there are train that travel all around Europe.

Actually there are 3 main train stations (Porta Garibaldi, Milano Centrale, Cadorna), blus a bunch of smaller stations in the "Passante"(sort of a metro). If the Ranco you are talking about is the one on Lake Maggiore, you will probably take a train that arrives in Porta Garibaldi or the Passante and you will have to go to Centrale to take the train to Rome. If this is so you can either get off at Milano Porta Garibaldi and take the metro to Centrale  or get off at Repubblica and walk (about 15 minutes).
