Do you think that it would be best to go in front of a judge or jury? I do only have liability and no uninsured drivers thing, I have never gotten a ticket nor have I ever been in an accident and I am in my late 20s so this is aggrevating. I dont have enough money to get a lawyer, the car was in her husbands name, she is 25 her hubby 45 and it was his vehichle so I am sure I can sue him as well right? Please help! I would let the at fault driver's insurance do their job before you seek a lawyer. They would take a third of any settlement. Why would you want to sue her husband if he wasn't driving?
